Why can't I receive email when someone sent me message? [1]

You can find your messaging settings on Moodle.

1. Click "My profile settings" and select "Messaging" on the left hand side in the Settings block.

2. By default, if you are logged in Moodle, you cannot receive email notifications when someone sent you messages by using "Messaging" function.

3. You can update your messaging settings on this page.

4. You can also enter your personal email address under "Email" section. Otherwise, all email notifications will be sent to your "@hku.hk" account.
